Auto-extension

Payment terms:
1) 100% post payment within 15 banking days from receipt of the whole consignment at the Buyer's warehouse, unconditionally.

By delivery to the Buyer's warehouse to the specified address.
Comments: 1) criteria for choosing the best offer: attitudes to products (dealer, manufacturer) quality, delivery time, price, terms of payment, work experience;
2) This RFP procedure is not a tender, and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
3) This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
