Thus, the described procedure does not impose the corresponding volume of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer and it reserves his right to reject all received Proposals for any reason or to terminate the prequalification procedure in any time without bearing responsibilities towards the Bidders. The participants of this purchase procedure need to attach the scanned versions of their commercial offers signed by the authorized person and bearing the participating company's seal to their electronic bids.
