When submitting an offer to the Bidding procedure, the Bidder provides and attaches the following set of documents:
1) commercial offer;
2) a set of documents for the company to participate in the Bidding procedure;
3) quality documents (letters of distribution, certificates of conformity, declarations of conformity, quality passports, etc.).
Requirements for documents:
1. A commercial proposal for the Bidding procedure shall be submitted in accordance with the standard form attached to this Bidding procedure. The commercial offer must be properly executed and backed up:
- presented on the company's letterhead;
- the table and text part must be completely filled in;
- provided under the signature of the authorized representative and the company and the seal;
- The scanned copy must be provided in *.pdf format, the information in the file must be readable.
In case of failure to submit a commercial offer or submission of a commercial offer in violation of the requirements described above, the organizer of the Bidding procedure reserves the right to refuse to consider the subject as a Bidder of the offer procedure.
In case of submission of an offer in foreign currency, in order to make a decision on the winner, the recalculation will be carried out at the exchange rate on the date of completion of the Bidding procedure/rebidding.
2. The package of documents for the company to participate in the Bidding procedure is provided according to the list of documents attached to the bidding documentation.
The Bidder of the trade procedure provides a complete package of documents according to the attached list of documents.
The documents are provided in *.pdf format, each document in a separate file.
In case of failure to provide a complete package of documents, the organizer of the Bidding procedure reserves the right to refuse to consider the subject as a Bidder of the offer procedure.

The price is the most significant, but not the only criterion for evaluating the offer. When choosing the winner, the tender commission takes into account a number of the following criteria: compliance with the Requirements Specifications, delivery time / fulfillment, warranty, price, advance /postpaid, advance payment, business reputation and work experience, readiness to work under a standard contract.
The presence at the testing of products in MBN is carried out by prior agreement. If the Bidder of the procurement procedure wishes to attend the testing, he must send an official request via e-mail to the Contact (responsible) person of this Request for Proposals indicating the purpose of the visit.
