3.1 Qualification selection according to the groups "Services for REE" and "Services for SMR" (111, 169). (score) (No.627)
Companies that have not been accredited cannot be selected as the winner of the tender procedures.
4. Specify the transcript of the cost for each cost item of the estimates and provide a calculation of the contract price (calculation of the index).
5. Specify the taxation system of the enterprise (general regime or USNO).
6. In case of additional expenses (travel expenses, etc.), please provide a transcript of the cost with the calculation of: accommodation, daily allowance, travel.
7. Provide a list of resources in the "Materials" section with an indication of the price, cost and TKR for each item and the total cost of materials for each estimate.
8. The TAP must fully comply with the request and DTZ-58-12/2021 of the Customer, must be submitted in the form of the Customer (Appendix 10 - the form of the Commercial Offer (KP) to the request), and must also be informed of the possibility of signing the Contract in the form of the Customer (attached).

The commercial offer must strictly correspond to the data specified on the electronic platform. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached KP and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence.
