При несогласии с проектом договора АО "ОЭМК им. А.А. Угарова", просим направить протокол разногласий.:Предоставленное технико-коммерческое предложение должно состоять из двух частей – технической и коммерческой, заверенных подписью руководителя с оттиском печати. В технической части должен быть указан перечень и состав работ и не допускается указание какой-либо информации, относящейся к коммерческой части (общей стоимости, единичных расценок, условий оплаты и т.п.).Технико-коммерческое предложение должно строго соответствовать данным, указанным на электронной площадке. При несоответствии данных в прикрепленном ТКП и заполненной электронной формой на площадке, приоритет имеет электронная форма. В случае несоблюдения вышеуказанных требований ТКП будет отклонено.

В случае предоставления недостоверных сведений потенциальный поставщик услуг может быть отстранен от участия в Закупке. Компания вправе выбрать Предложение, имеющее не самую низкую цену, а также принимать или отклонять любое Предложение полностью или частично, а также отклонять все Предложения с объяснением или без объяснения причин, а также отменять закупку на любой стадии, в том числе и после выбора Победителя. В соответствии с политикой ООО УК «МЕТАЛЛОИНВЕСТ» по промышленной безопасности к выполнению работ на территории предприятий допускаются компании, которые прошли аккредитацию №373 «Аккредитация по охране труда и промышленной безопасности».
