Auto-extension

the Calculation for the performed works is made monthly on the basis of the agreement signed by the Parties, with a delay of not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days and not less than 60 and not more than 90 (for not SMSP) calendar days from the date of signing the ACT Acceptance of the completed works, provided the Contractor submitted the complete set of the following documents to the Customer:
