The goods must comply with the specifications of the Buyer raw materials (see. In the attached documents).
Be sure to provide documentation:
a) Statute of the company (in the SP is not requested);
b) Copies of certified financial statements (if the company prepares financial statements) for the last reporting period (pow. Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement for 2016.) and certified tax returns (VAT, income tax, USN) for the latest reporting period at the time of reporting;
c) Certificate of tax registration;
d) Certificate of entry in the register (the Unified State Register of Legal Entities) or EGRIP (for individual entrepreneurs);
d) Document (order, order, power of attorney, bank card), confirming the right of the signature and the samples of signatures manager, chief accountant or authorized persons signing financial documents (including invoice, invoices);
e) a certificate of no debt on taxes and fees from the tax inspectorate (Information on taxes payable for the purposes of the tender must be received by no more than 1 month at the time of tender).;

This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
