Hereby, the Department for Contracting Development Projects
METALLOINVEST Management Company LLC (hereinafter referred to as SDCs) invites your company to participate in the competitive procedure/budget assessment according to the procurement procedure appendix (hereinafter referred to as Equipment) for the needs of MGOK JSC, part of the METALLOINVEST Group of Companies.
The technical characteristics and completeness of the Equipment required for delivery are described in the attached Terms of Reference (hereinafter referred to as the Requirements Specification) for the Call for Bidding/budget evaluation of the Equipment.

When submitting proposals, please observe the following rules:
Technical and commercial proposals must contain the following information:
I. Commercial proposal:
• The price of the equipment on the terms of DDP or DAP destination station/warehouse of the consignee in the latest version of the edition of the supplier's technical proposal agreed by the customer;
• The cost of providing installation supervision services (SMR) and NDT, personnel training (during installation work), taking into account travel and accommodation of supplier representatives at the place of intended operation of the equipment;
• Distribute the cost of equipment, spare parts and services according to the following items:
- the cost of the main equipment, excluding VAT;
- shipping cost;
- the cost of SMR;
- the cost of spare parts for SMR (the list is determined by the supplier);
- the cost of Poland;
- the cost of spare parts for the NDP (the list is determined by the supplier);
- the cost of spare parts for 1 year of operation (the list is determined by the supplier);
• The number and composition of personnel involved in the provision of services and the number of days for which the supplier's representatives will be involved in the provision of services;
• Equipment delivery time;
• The deadline for the completion of work on SMR and NDT equipment
• Terms of payment for equipment subject to the following restrictions:
- preferred payment terms – 100% within 60 days after the equipment is put into operation;
- for all advance payments stipulated by the contract, it is necessary to provide a bank guarantee or other financial risk insurance instrument of the buyer;
- the final payment in the amount of at least 10% of the cost of the equipment must be made after signing the Act of commissioning the equipment with a limitation period of this payment in 6 months from the date of delivery, if the delay in commissioning was not the fault of the supplier;
• The validity period of the Technical and Commercial Proposal/budget proposal (customer's requirement is at least 3 months).

II. Technical proposal:
• Technical description, composition and completeness of the main equipment in the latest edition agreed with the customer, dimensional drawing, list of manufacturers, equipment components;
• The composition of the spare parts for commissioning the equipment (if required);
• The composition of spare parts required for the operation of equipment during the warranty period (if required);
• Mechanical warranty for the equipment from the moment the equipment is put into commercial operation (customer's requirement is at least 24 months from the date of commissioning and at least 30 months from the date of delivery);
• A list of equipment parts that are not covered by warranty obligations due to the fact that their actual service life is less than the equipment warranty period provided by the supplier;
• Availability of a TR CU certificate for the proposed equipment, or other document required by the customer for commissioning the equipment;
• References to deliveries of the proposed or similar equipment over the past 10 years.
• Basic drawing with dimensions and connection dimensions.

- positive technical conclusion of the customer based on the results of consideration of the applicant's technical proposal;
- cost of equipment;
- delivery time of equipment;
- warranty obligations provided;
- terms of payment;
- timely delivery of goods to the address of METALLOINVEST Group enterprises in previous periods (for suppliers who had contractual relations earlier).
