Payment terms:
100% postpayment on the receipt of TMC to the intermediate warehouse in the city. Aldan, st. Industrial 25, within 10 bank days from delivery date.
VAT is included.
Include transportation costs in the cost of delivery but set aside by a separate line.
Delivery terms:
By supplier forces up to Aldan, Sakha Republic (Yakutia).
Upon shipment, Buyer's mandatory notification, providing copies: invoices, BIG-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier.

Comments: 1) Please note that participating in a competition means agreeing to the buyer's form of contract.
2) It is necessary to attach the Commercial Offer electronically.
3) When exhibiting a KP, it is necessary to specify the product manufacturer, availability, production time, delivery time to supplier's warehouse, cargo dimensions (mass, volume, quantity, quantity of containers), point of shipment;
4) The products must be new, not used;
5) Products must be appended certificates of conformity, passport, proof document
quality;
6) Packing sheet must be filled before shipment (see example filling in the purchase
documentation), stick a packing sheet on the packaging with the item, and send copies of documents to the customer via email.
Please note that this request is not a notification of a competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Russian Civil Code, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.

1) Separately cost per item and separately shipping costs;
2) Certificates of compliance
3) Manufacturer references
4) Payment Terms;
5) Delivery time;
6) Supplier's ratio to products delivered (manufacturer, free seller, official dealer);
7) Warranty.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
