Comments: 1. Unconditional consent to conclude a contract in the standard edition of PSC ChMK (Appendix No. 3).
Be sure to attach the letter of consent to conclude the contract in the standard version of PAO ChMK (Appendix No. 4);
2. Equipment must comply with the requirements specified in the terms of reference (Appendix No. 2);
3. Mandatory attachment to the system of documents specified in the procurement documentation (Appendix No. 1);
