Payment terms:
Preferred payment terms - 100% deferred payment upon delivery of products. The preferred grace period is 60 days from the date of delivery.
The price is indicated without VAT, taking into account the cost of transportation and other expenses associated with the delivery of goods to the Buyer's warehouse.
Payment for products is carried out by bank transfer by transferring funds to the Supplier's account. Payment currency - RUB. The Buyer makes payments to pay for the products based on the results of acceptance, provided the Supplier provides the original documents confirming the quality of the products, waybills and invoices corresponding to the results of acceptance and drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the law.

Products must be accompanied by all required documents confirming their quality and origin.
Comments: I. Signing of the contract within 5 days as amended by PJSC "Korshunovsky GOK" (see procurement documentation).
II. The products purchased by the enterprise must strictly meet the requirements of:
1. New products.
2. Products must comply with the technical specifications.
3. The provision of statutory documents (see the list in the procurement documentation) is mandatory at the time of submission of the proposal.
4. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse all proposals received without imposing liability.

A mandatory requirement for all participants is the availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods. The package of documents must be attached to the electronic trading platform at the stage of application submission (see paragraph 5.2 "Documentation - No. 1445539).
The organization recognized as the winner of the procedure, it is necessary to conclude a supply agreement with PJSC "Korshunovsky GOK", as amended by PJSC "Korshunovsky GOK" (see procurement documentation). If there are any contradictions, the participant, before the end of the procurement procedure, attaches to the ETP or sends the organizer of the procedure a protocol of disagreements to the draft agreement with PJSC Korshunovsky GOK.
