Comments: A commercial proposal (hereinafter - KP) must be drawn up on an official form with the seal and signature of the head and attached to the loading documentation.

7) The products must be new, not used, not restored, not be an exhibition model, free from the rights of third parties.
8) validity period of the commercial proposal.
9) - participants who did not enclose the Commercial proposal on the letterhead of the company are not accepted for consideration

This request for proposals is not a bidding, and does not impose obligations on the Organizer to conclude an agreement on the results of the procedure.

Before the conclusion of the procedure, it is necessary to provide samples for testing. In case of comments from the quality control department of the plant, further development is necessary. The contract is concluded based on the results of 100% approval of the quality control department of the plant.
