Comments: A commercial proposal (hereinafter - KP) must be drawn up on an official form with the seal and signature of the head and attached to the loading documentation.
Commercial proposal shall specify:
1) Cost of goods and materials with VAT, including delivery to the buyer's warehouse, including packaging. The cost shall be ultimate, fixed and shall include all the additional expenses (packaging, labeling, etc.).
2) Time of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse.
3) The products must be new, not used, not restored, not be an exhibition model, free from the rights of third parties.
4) validity period of the commercial proposal.
5) - participants who did not enclose the Commercial proposal on the letterhead of the company are not accepted for consideration
Before the conclusion of the contract, it is mandatory to provide samples for testing (20 kg). If, based on the results of testing the provided samples, there will be comments from the department of quality control of the plant, it will be necessary to refine comments and provide new samples.
In case of refusal to finalize the paint - the contract will not be concluded, even if the lowest price is offered.
