Payment terms:The price must include the cost of products and delivery to the consignee's warehouse. The Buyer pays for the delivered Products in non-cash form, within 60 banking days from the date of receipt of the goods at the Consignee's warehouse, subject to the provision of the Buyer with original invoices, TORG-12, drawn up in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation
Delivery terms:Transport companies to the city of Mezhdurechensk, or by transport of the Supplier to the consignee's warehouse. Delivery time: up to 10 working days from the date of signing the contract and specifications.

We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
When signing the contract, the Supplier guarantees the Buyer the provision of the necessary package of statutory documents
