Comments:
1. All works are carried out "turnkey" by materials and forces of the Contractor. The cost of the work includes maintenance of the site of work and approaches to it, and other measures necessary for the safe performance of work; personal protective equipment for safety, collection, removal and disposal of garbage, safety of materials, equipment and property and other costs necessary for the successful performance of work within the time limits and with quality established by the contract, corresponding to the requirements of the Customer, this Technical Specification and Working Documentation.
2. Any changes in the composition and content of the work, equipment and materials used shall be documented in writing and sent to the Customer for consideration.
3. The contractor, before signing the contract, went to the site, got acquainted "in the field" with all the conditions of execution. The results of the inspection of the work site and local conditions are reflected in the Commercial Proposals, volumes and cost of work.
4. The result of the work, based on the Arboretum and the Checklist, is the receipt by the Customer of a felling ticket, with the possibility of dismantling 100% of the green spaces on the Land.
