Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Consent of the Contractual counterparty to sign the standard form of the agreement (in the attachment)
Consent of the Contractual counterparty to fix the price for the entire term of the contract

Other requirements and explanations:
To participate in the tender procedure, companies that are in the top 20 of the ACAR rating and are ready to sign an NDA before receiving a brief will be considered.

Submission of price offers only in ruble currency.

Participation is free.
E-Signature is not required.

The Call for Bidding Bidder can repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
