The delivery of products is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Terms of Reference for personal protective equipment (PPE).
As part of the application, it is necessary to submit a passport of the goods, a certificate of the goods, if the supplier of the goods is a dealer of the manufacturer, it is necessary to submit a dealer agreement as part of the application. If the organization has a quality management system as part of the application, the relevant documents must be submitted.
The participant must be a manufacturer, or have the right to supply goods granted by the manufacturer and provide a dealer agreement. The indication of the manufacturer of the goods and the trademark in the application is obligatory. The goods must be new, undamaged, in a package suitable for transportation. Personal protective equipment must comply with labor safety standards, safety requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union 019/2011, must have the inscription "TR CU 019/2011" on the packaging and the EAC mark.
Provision of samples and approbation is required. Willingness to provide within 5 working days, after receiving notification of a product sample corresponding to the TK in the amount of 3 pcs.
The guaranteed shelf life at the time of delivery must be at least 24 months. |
