I suggest you consider the possibility of delivery in our address fasteners OST and GOST according to the attached tables. The winner will be determined by the aggregate of the following factors:
- the minimum value of the lot;
- less than the minimum lot;
- minimum delivery time (preferably - of availability);
- subjective assessment of the reliability of the company in previous periods of work;
- Payment conditions - preferably - within 30 calendar days of delivery of products; performer, ceteris paribus, to offer the best terms of payment (smaller% down payment and a greater number of days of delay) has an advantage over other members;
Selection of the winner will be made on the total minimum cost of production, as well as the consent to operate on a standard contract of "MZ" Arsenal ", ceteris paribus.
