Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

- Formation of a two-month production volume at the supplier’s warehouse

Comments:
The proposal must be scanned with the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the organization.
The proposal must specify:
- validity of the offer;
- The contact person;
- price excluding VAT with delivery to the customer’s warehouse;
- price excluding VAT from the supplier’s warehouse;
- providing deferred payment of at least 30 days;
- price fixing for a period of 12 months.

Shipment Requirements:
- shipment of products within 5 days from the date of application by the Customer;
- shipment of products by groupage cargo, not equal to pallets;
- Delivery to the customer’s warehouse in the city of Vidnoye or the city of Saratov.
