Payment terms:
Advance payment is not applicable. Payment upon receipt of products at the consignee’s warehouse within 30 business days from the date of delivery and provision of the original invoices, waybills, copies of transport invoices with the mark of the recipient. Other payment terms are also considered.

Delivery terms:
Delivery time: July 2020.
All shipping costs and other costs should be included in the cost of production.
The supplied products shall be new.
When delivering products, the following must be certified by a blue seal by the supplier: 1) passport / quality certificate, 2) certificate of conformity / declaration of conformity / refused information letter.
Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant’s Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the delivery time), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization, to their proposals in electronic form this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. Delivery place: according to the technical specifications.
4. Proposals are submitted taking into account the cost of delivery, the cost of delivery is highlighted in a separate line.
Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
