Comments:
1) The CP shall be issued on the official letterhead with the seal and signature of the head, attached to the loading documentation.
2) Commercial proposal shall specify:
- Cost of inventory with VAT at supplier's warehouse (specify address)
- Production and delivery time to the supplier's warehouse
- Dimensions of cargo places (LxWxH), weight, type of packing, number of cargo places, address of the supplier's warehouse), drawing of the product with indication of parameters and sizes
- Supplier’s relation to the supplied goods (independent seller, dealer, manufacturer);
- Products should be new, not used;
- Supplier's guarantee for the goods
3) certificates, passports, other documents confirming the quality of the goods shall be attached to the KP;
4) Criteria for choosing the best offer: Delivery time, cost, terms of payment, quality, work experience, agreement with the terms of the form of our contract;
5) before shipment it is necessary to fill in the packing list (see the example of filling in the purchasing
documentation), to paste the packing list on the packing with the goods, copies of documents to send to the customer by e-mail this procedure of request for quotation is not a contest and its conduct is not regulated by articles 44 7-449 Ch. 1 of the Russian Civil Code;
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
