Comments:
I suggest you consider supplying metal rolled products to our address in accordance with the Application.
The winner will be determined by a set of the following factors:
- minimum product/lot cost;
- smaller size of the minimum batch;
- minimum delivery time (preferably out of availability)
- subjective evaluation of company reliability
- payment terms — preferably within 30 calendar days of delivery; other things being equal, the performer who offered the best payment terms (less upfront and higher number deferral days) has an advantage over the rest of the participants;

These products are required to fulfill two State defense orders in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 275-FZ dated December 29, 2012, with the opening of a separate account with the authorized Accordingly, the contractual relationship would require the issuance of two contracts with the opening of the OBS.
