Payment terms:preferably – within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of products; all other things being equal, the contractor who offered the best payment terms (a smaller % of the advance and a larger number of days of deferral) has an advantage over the rest of the participants;

Comments:
I suggest you consider the possibility of delivering rolled metal to our address in accordance with the Appendix.
The winner will be determined by a combination of the following factors:
- minimum cost of products/lot;
- smaller minimum batch size;
- minimum delivery time (preferably from availability);
- subjective assessment of the reliability of the company
- payment terms – preferably – within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of products; all other things being equal, the contractor who offered the best payment terms (a smaller % advance and a larger number of days of delay) has an advantage over the other participants;
- the validity period of the CP is 30 calendar days
These products are necessary to fulfill two State Defense orders in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 275-FZ of December 29, 2012, with the opening of a separate account with the authorized representative, respectively, when concluding contractual relations, two contracts with the opening of the OBS will be required.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
