The trading procedure is one-stage, it is allowed to carry out a rebidding.
A commercial offer is submitted in the form of an electronic document by submitting an offer in this trading procedure with filling in all mandatory and additional fields of the offer. The validity period of the commercial offer is equal to the delivery period, but not less than 1 month from the date of the offer.
When submitting an offer to the trading procedure, the participant provides and attaches a package of statutory documents, accounting statements, a company card, permits.

The price is the most significant, but not the only criterion for evaluating a commercial offer.
