Payment terms:Preference is based on the fact of completed works with a deferred payment of up to 30 calendar days
Delivery terms:Provision of 4 Contractor's locomotives (3 locomotives for 12 months + 1 additional for 7 months) and maintenance of 2 locomotives owned by the Customer on lease terms. The services are provided on the non-public routes of ACKERMANN CEMENT LLC.

Comments:
For the tender procedure, the mandatory provision of documents:
1. Commercial Proposal on letterhead indicating the total cost of work per year with the use of 6 locomotives (breakdown by month is indicated in the terms of reference). When calculating, it is necessary to take into account all the costs used in the provision of services (fuel, repairs, s/p workers, etc. according to the Requirements Specification). In a separate line, indicate the monthly cost of rendering services: a) by the Customer's property locomotive, b) by the Contractor's property locomotive. 2. Reference list of similar works performed + reviews (if any).


We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice on holding a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
