Comments: 1. Terms of the tender:
1.1. Development of design and working documentation, delivery of 100% of materials and equipment by the Contractor, execution of the entire complex of construction, installation and commissioning works in accordance with the terms of reference (Appendix 1). Participation in commissioning works regarding the elimination of possible identified deficiencies.
1.2. The tender for the selection of a general contractor for the entire complex of construction works will be carried out in two stages:
1.2.1 The first stage is the technical part. The approximate date of the technical part is 30.01.2024. Assessment of the PPR provided by you with the schedule of labor movement by specialties and main construction machinery and mechanisms, experience in implementing similar projects, the list of subcontractors involved, as well as the timing of design, construction, installation, commissioning works in accordance with the schedule of key events (Appendix 3)
1.2.2 The second stage is the consideration of commercial proposals from Bidders of the tender and making a decision on the selection of a general contractor
