Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
100% (one hundred percent) of the total value of the corresponding batch of Goods within the period not later than 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of delivery of the corresponding batch of Goods to the Buyer's warehouse, when providing score/f and TN.

1. Prices indicate on the terms of delivery (Buyer's warehouse) the offer must be issued in KP to the announced procedure. Delivery costs must be specified in the KP by a separate line. In the price of products include packaging and if necessary cracking of cargo
2. Specify the product readiness period for shipment.
3. Specify the delivery time.
4. Specify the manufacturer of products. Specify the relation to the product. If a dealer or distributor, attach documents confirming the status.
5. Attach the Declaration of Conformation/Certificate on the proposed products.
6. Specify the dimensions of each unit of production and the total on request (mass, volume).
7. Products must be new, not used. Products must comply with the technical specification;
8. Upon shipment, a packing sheet shall be attached to each cargo place according to the form established by the Buyer. Before shipping, you must send a photo of each cargo place.
9. Warranty for goods and materials shall be effective at least from the date of receipt of goods and materials in Magadan port. The best option is from the date of receipt of the TMC by the customer or from the moment of commissioning of the TMC (one of the proposed options is mandatory). Specify.
10. When forming an application for participation in the procedure, fill in additional offer fields (11 pcs.). Fields should be filled informatively, without comment - "in KP".
Criteria for choosing the winner:
1. Compliance of the offered products to the Customer's conditions.
2. The lowest total value of the transaction taking into account the transport component to the Buyer's warehouse in the city. Magadane.
3. The period of readiness of the Goods for shipment.
4. Attitude of the participant to the products (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
5. Providing a complete package of documents specified in the conditions to the procedure.
Comments: 1. To KP attach a photo of the TMC.
2. Please note, that participation in the bidding implies agreement with the Buyer’s contract form. The supplier must confirm that it accepts without comment all the terms of our basic delivery contract or provide a protocol of disagreement.
3. The supplier must download the statutory documents when submitting an offer on the site for the possibility of our verification/financial stability verification.
