Possibility of bid submission in a different currency

Delivery terms:
Delivery
1. Prices should be indicated on the terms of delivery (Buyer's warehouse/port of Magadan) the offer should be made in the KP to the announced procedure. Shipping costs should be indicated in a separate line in the KP. In the price of products to provide packaging and, if necessary, crate cargo
2. Specify the shelf life of the product for shipment.
3. Specify the time of delivery of products.
4. Specify the manufacturer of the product. Specify the relation to the products. If the dealer or distributor, attach the documents confirming the status.
5. Attach Declaration of Conformity or Certificate for the proposed products. Passport and RE must be included in the package with the cargo.
6. Specify the dimensions of each unit of production and the total on the application (mass, volume).
7. Products must be new, not used. Products must comply with the technical specification;
8. When shipping, a packing list shall be affixed to each cargo package in accordance with the form established by the Buyer. Before shipping it is necessary to send a photo of each cargo place.
9. Warranty for goods and materials shall be effective at least from the date of receipt of goods and materials in Magadan port. The best option - from the date of receipt of the TMC by the customer or from the moment of commissioning of the TMC (one of the proposed options is mandatory). Indicate.
10. When forming an application for participation in the procedure, fill in additional fields of the offer (10 pcs.). Fields should be filled informally, without comments - "in KP".
Criteria for selecting the winner:
1. Compliance of the offered products with the terms of the technical specifications, approval of the Customer.
2. The lowest total value of the transaction, taking into account the transport component to the Buyer's warehouse in St. Magadan.
3. Term of readiness of the Goods for shipment.
4. Attitude of the participant to the products (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
5. Provision of the full package of documents specified in the conditions for the procedure.
