Payment terms:1. 100% postpayment upon receipt of TMC to the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:Price including delivery to the Buyer's warehouse. (in which case indicate the delivery method).
Mandatory availability of a quality passport or other document certifying the quality of the goods when entering the warehouse. The goods supplied must be new, not recovered. The goods must be labeled. Upon shipment of goods, the obligatory notification of the Buyer with the provision of copies: invoices, TRADING 12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier.

Comments:
1) Please note that participation in the competition means agreeing to the form of the buyer's contract.
2) It is necessary to attach the Commercial Offer electronically.
3) When displaying the CP, it is necessary to specify the manufacturer of products, availability, production time, delivery time to the supplier's warehouse, dimensions of the cargo (mass, volume, number of containers), point of dispatch;
4) Products should be new, not used;
5) Products must be attached certificates of conformity, passport, document confirming
quality;
6) Before shipment, it is necessary to fill out the packing list (see the example of filling in the procurement
documentation), paste the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send copies of documents to the customer by e-mail.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice on the holding of a contest (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
In the proposed CP specify:
1) Separately the cost for the goods and separately the cost for delivery;
2) Certificates of conformity;
3) Links to the manufacturer;
4) Payment terms;
5) Delivery time;
6) Ratio of the supplier to the supplied products (manufacturer, free seller, official dealer);
7) Guarantee.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
