Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1) 100% post payment within 10 banking days from products receipt at the Buyer's warehouse.
2) advance payment of not more than 25% of the consignment value upon signing the specification. The final payment of 75% within 10 business days upon delivery of products to the Buyer's warehouse, without complaints.
3) advance payment of not more than 25% of the total cost of the shipment within 10 business days from the date of signature of specifications (the contract); 65% of the total value of shipments of goods within 10 banking days from the date of formal notification of the readiness for shipment from a warehouse supplier. Final payment in the amount of 10% within 10 banking days upon delivery of the goods to the warehouse of the buyer and the signing of the Act of acceptance without comment.
Delivery terms:By delivery to the buyer's warehouse. The price shall include the cost of delivery to the buyer warehouse at the specified address.

Comments:
1) Mandatory upload the following documents; commercial proposal, certificate confirming attitudes towards products.
2) products must be new, not used.
3) for products shall be accompanied by: product quality certificate/passport.
4) criteria for choosing the best offer: quality of products, shortest possible delivery time, price, terms of payment, operational experience;
5) this procedure for requesting proposals is not a contest, and it is not governed by articles 447-449 h. 1 CC of the RF;
6) this same procedure is not public and not competition is governed by articles 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
7) before shipment, you must fill out a packing list (see example in procurement documentation), stick packing list on the packaging with the product, a copy to send to the customer by e-mail.
8) Goods must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "Products sent to areas of the far North and similar areas. Packaging. Marking, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96"Cargo Marking".
