You can apply for participation for one Lot and two Lot. Both for one Podlot and several Podlots. You can apply for all lots
To participate in the procedure, participants need to:
1. read the file "procurement documentation. Including it is shown the breakdown into lots (Klining and TOs), and sublots - the list of cities in each sub-lot. The underlot is not divisible.
Provide reply documents before 20.06.2020 24-00 msk, namely:
- Fill out the Questionnaire and provide its scan-copy, in PDF format, signed by an authorized representative
- Prepare the following documents in PDF format:
* Extract from the EGRUL dated not more than 3 months ago;
* Letter — an assurance of non-affiliation;
* Reference in an arbitrary form: the company is not insolvent or bankrupt, is not in the process of liquidation, the company's property is not seized, the company's economic activity is not suspended, there is no debt on obligatory payments to the budget
* Fill in the "Information" file and provide in xls format.
* Filled file in xls format and signed in pdf "Qualifications" and all scan copies of documents specified in it. In the folder for each Lot: Cling and TO, its own "Compliance Statement" file is attached.
* Filled file "Balance 2018 - 2019" with data of fin reporting (data of Balance F1 and report on fin. results F2) in xls format and the form of balance and report on fin results for 2018 and 2019 in pdf format, with a note about dispatch or acceptance by the tax authority
* Filled files "KP" for each Podlot - a separate file. KP is submitted entirely to one Podlot, Podlot is not divided, cities and price positions from KP for each sublot are not cleaned. The order of filling the CP is specified in the files below the tables. Prices for each position are indicated uniform for all cities of one sub-lot.
- Also, we transfer for acquaintance other documents: Contract, Technical specification, Procurement documentation, etc.
