Qualification of suppliers for the provision of R&D, construction, and commissioning services on the broadband network in the Central Region of PJSC VimpelCom for a period of 2 years
Comments: PJSC "VimpelCom" invites your Company to take part in the qualification selection of participants for the procurement event for the selection of suppliers for performing design work, construction and installation work, commissioning on the FTTB, aRFS network, services for concluding contracts with management companies, homeowners' associations, including fiber-optic communication, in the Central Region of PJSC VimpelCom for a period of 2 years.
The central region of PJSC VimpelCom within the framework of this event includes the following territories:
• Ekaterinburg;
• Permian;
• Saratov;
• Tolyatti;
• Ulyanovsk;
• Kazan;
• Tyumen;
• Samara;
• Nizhny Novgorod;
• Saransk.
Prequalification (hereinafter PQA) will consist of the following stages:
• collection of applications with documentation from contractors;
• verification of the submitted documents for compliance with the requirements of PJSC VimpelCom;
• additional inquiries, as needed.
To participate in the ZM, the following documents must be attached to the B2B-Center site to the procedure 2548146 by 01.27.2021 before 15:00 (Moscow time):
• Participant's questionnaire (signed scan in PDF format);
• Privacy Statement (signed scan in PDF format);
• Letter of assurance of non-affiliation (signed scan in PDF format);
• Statement of consent to participate in the PQS (signed scan in PDF format);
• Application form for a potential VK supplier (in EXCEL format);
• Provide financial statements in Forms 1 and 2 for 2018 - 2019. (scanned copies of the balance sheet and the statement of financial results with the mark of the Federal Tax Service and the signature of the head of the organization), as well as completed in accordance with the fin. reporting file "Financial analysis" (in Excel);
• Participant card, indicating the contacts of your responsible manager for this Prequalification process: name, position, e-mail, work and / or mobile phone (in Excel);
• Signed "Declaration of Conformity";
• All necessary documents in accordance with the items of the Qualification Requirements.
Requirements for electronic copies of documents:
• Each electronic document must be:
• easy to read;
• saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and attachments must be grouped into one file, for example: the document "Charter" must be scanned not in separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black and white format);
• have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
