Comments: PJSC "VimpelCom" invites your Company to participate in the open on a permanent basis qualification selection of participants for the procurement event for the selection of suppliers for the implementation of PIR, SMR, PNR RRL (radio relay equipment) on the territory of the Central Region of PJSC "VimpelCom" for a period of 3 (three) years.
The central region of PJSC "VimpelCom" within the framework of this event is divided into the following lots:
1. Kazan and the Republic of Tatarstan;
2. Yoshkar-Ola and the Republic of Mari El, Cheboksary and the Republic of Chuvashia,
Nizhny Novgorod and Nizhny Novgorod region;
3. Ulyanovsk and the Ulyanovsk region,
Samara, Tolyatti and Samara region, Saratov and Saratov region, Penza and Penza region,
Saransk and the Republic of Mordovia;

Qualification /prequalification /prequalification (hereinafter referred to as PCO) will consist of the following stages:
• collection of applications with documentation from contractors;
• verification of submitted documents for compliance with the requirements of PJSC VimpelCom;
• requeries, if necessary.
To participate in the ZM, you must upload it to the site or send it to the Zakupki2022@kzn email.beeline.ru the following documents:
• The questionnaire of the participant of the ZM (signed scan with a seal in PDF format);
• Compliance of the participant with the requirements of the WM (signed scan with a seal in PDF format);
• Counterparty questionnaire (signed scan with a stamp in PDF format);
• Certificate from the Federal Tax Service with EDS on the absence of tax arrears;
• Questionnaire of a potential VC supplier (in EXCEL format);
• Participant card, indicating the contacts of the responsible manager on your part for this qualification process: full name, position, e-mail, work phone and/or mobile (in Excel);
• Completed (in Excel) and signed "Statement of compliance with qualification requirements" (+ PDF printing);
• All necessary documents in accordance with the points of the Qualification requirements and the selected lots.
Requirements for electronic copies of documents. Each electronic document should be:
• easy to read;
• saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and appendices must be grouped into one file, for example: the Charter document must be scanned not in separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black and white format);
• have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
