Comments: PJSC "VimpelCom" invites the organizations to participate in the Qualifications for Design and Survey Works (PIR) in the administrative offices of PJSC "VimpelCom" in Russia.
To apply for participation in the Qualification, it is necessary to attach to the application:
• Fill in the Application form of the participant, provide in PDF and Word format (scanned with signature).
• For each item of the Declaration of Compliance in the column "Confirmation documents" there is a list of documents required to confirm this item. For items confirmed by the letter of guarantee, you must provide one letter of guarantee, which will list all items. The letter of guarantee is provided in free form on official letterhead signed and stamped.
• In the questionnaire, it is necessary to indicate the answer YES/NO to each item, as well as attach the necessary supporting documents.
• Read the Privacy Statement and indicate your consent to it in the body of the letter.
• Contacts of the responsible manager for this tender (name, position, e-mail, landline phone, mobile phone).
It is also necessary to provide the following documents:
1. scans of balance sheets certified by the company seal and the tax authority.
2. Scans of profit and loss statements for the analyzed period, certified by the company seal and the tax authority;
3. filled in accordance with the attached report excel-template.
If the last available report is annual, then the annual report for the last 2 years is provided. If the last available report is for the quarter/half-year/9 months, then reports for 3 periods are provided: the last reporting period of the current year and the previous 2 years. In case the participant belongs to the holding, the consolidated statements of the holding are provided.
The package of documents should be sent to Qual_PIR_CMR@beeline.ru (the subject of the letter should indicate "[Vendor organization name] IRTP Qualification). The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters).
The pre-qualification of the event will consist of the following stages:
- application for prequalification; $
- evaluation of the submitted data from the Contractors;
- announcement of the results of prequalification.
Please note that your consent to participate in the procurement event of PJSC "VimpelCom" also means acceptance of the terms of the "Privacy Statement" and you will be responsible for Failure to comply with the terms of the Privacy Statement in accordance with applicable law.
