Comments: PJSC "VimpelCom" invites organizations to participate in the Qualification for design and survey work (PIR) in the administrative offices of PJSC "VimpelCom" in Russia.
To apply for participation in the Qualification, you must attach to the application:
• Fill out the Participant Application Form in PDF and Word format (scan with signature).
• Each item of the Declaration of Conformity contains a list of documents required to confirm this item in the column "Supporting Documents". For items the confirmation of which is a letter of guarantee, you must provide one letter of guarantee, in which all items will be listed. A letter of guarantee is provided in free form on the official letterhead and signature.
• The questionnaire must indicate the answer YES / NO to each item, as well as attach the necessary supporting documents.
• Read the Privacy Statement and indicate in the body of the letter that you agree to it.
• Contacts of the responsible manager for this tender (name, position, e-mail, landline phone, mobile phone).
The following documents must also be provided:
1. scans of balance sheets certified by the company's seal and tax authority.
2. scans of profit and loss statements for the analyzed period, certified by the company's seal and tax authority;
3. excel template completed in accordance with the attached reporting.
If the last available reporting is annual, then annual reporting is provided for the last 2 years. If the last available reporting is for a quarter / half-year / 9 months, then reporting is provided for 3 periods: the last reporting period of the current year and 2 previous years. If the participant belongs to the holding, consolidated reporting of the holding is provided.
The package of documents must be sent to the email address Qual_PIR_CMR@beeline.ru (the subject line of the letter should indicate "[Name of supplier’s organization] Qualification of design and survey work in [region]). The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters).
Prequalification of the event will consist of the following steps:
- filing applications for participation in prequalification;
- assessment of the data provided by the Counterparties;
- announcement of the results of prequalification.
Please note that your consent to participate in the procurement event of VimpelCom PJSC also means acceptance of the terms of the "Privacy Statement", and you will be responsible for non-compliance with the terms of the "Privacy Statement" in accordance with applicable law.
