Qualification of suppliers for construction and installation works (construction and installation works) in the administrative offices of VimpelCom PJSC in Russia.
Comments: PJSC "VimpelCom" invites the organizations to participate in the Qualification Selection for construction and installation work (SMR) in the administrative offices of PJSC "VimpelCom" in Russia.
To apply for participation in the Qualification, you must attach to the application:
1) The completed Member's Questionnaire, provide in PDF and Word format (signature scan).
2) Completed Qualification Questionnaire (in Excel and PDF format with signature and print) and supporting documents according to the content of the questionnaire.
• Each item of the qualification questionnaire in the "Confirmation Documents" column contains a list of documents required to confirm this item. For the points to which the letter of guarantee is confirmed, one letter of guarantee must be provided, which will list all items. The letter of guarantee is provided in free form on the official form signed and printed.
• In the questionnaire it is necessary to specify the answer Yes/NO to each item, as well as to attach the necessary supporting documents.
3) To read the Privacy Statement and indicate consent to it in the body of the letter.
4) Contacts of the responsible manager for this tender (name, position, e-mail, local phone, mobile phone).
It is also necessary to provide the following documents:
• scans of balance sheets certified by the company seal and the tax authority.
• scans of income statements for the period analyzed, certified by the company seal and the tax authority;
• filled in according to the attached reporting excel-template.
If the last available reporting is annual, then the annual reporting for the last 2 years is provided. If the last available report is for the quarter/half-year/9-month period, the reporting is provided for 3 periods: the last reporting period of the current year and the previous 2 years. Consolidated statements of the holding shall be provided in the case of a participant's membership.
The package of documents should be sent to Qual_PIR_CMR@beeline.ru (in the subject of the letter should be specified "[Name of supplier organization] CMR Qualification). The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters).
Please note that your consent to participate in the procurement event of PJSC "VimpelCom" means also agreeing to the terms of the "Privacy Statement" and you will bear liability for failure to comply with the terms of the "Privacy Statement" in accordance with applicable law.
This invitation is not a notice of holding an open competition or auction in the sense of articles 447—449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and accordingly does not entail obligations for PJSC VimpelCom, $ provided for in these articles.$
