PJSC VimpelCom invites your company to participate in the preliminary qualification selection (PKO) of contractors for the provision of services for the Manufacture and installation of branded advertising and information material in the entrances of residential buildings in the Central Region of PJSC VimpelCom, for a period of 2 years. To apply for participation in the procurement event and the qualification stage, it is necessary:
1. Read and fill out the documents for participation (in the attachment package of documents).
2. Provide the completed "new Participant Questionnaire" (all sheets) in PDF format (scanned with signature and seal).
3. Submit completed and signed Qualification Requirements in PDF format (scanned copy with signature and seal). In the qualification requirements file, it is necessary to fill in the cells highlighted in yellow, specify the "Participant's Answer" next to each criterion (YES/NO). Please note that the “Block Factor” criterion is a mandatory compliance criterion, otherwise your company will not be able to qualify.
4. Provide all required supporting documents in accordance with the points of the Qualification Requirements.
Based on the results of checking for the presence (absence) of interaction risks and consideration of the submitted documents, PJSC VimpelCom forms a list of Participants who meet the mandatory requirements. Such Participants will be able to continue participating in the Purchase. Each Participant will be notified in writing about the result of the Qualification.
