PJSC VimpelCom invites your company to participate in the Prequalification in the category "Provision of services for the production and placement of advertising and information materials in the entrances of residential buildings" for the Central region of PJSC VimpelCom, for a period of 2 years on Lots:

Lot No. 1 Non-stationary placement of WINDOWS in entrances. Placement of RIMS on stands inside the entrances of residential buildings.
Lot No. 2 Non-stationary placement of windows in entrances. ROME placement: floor-by-floor sticker placement

The first stage of the Procurement will be the Qualification stage.
To apply for participation in the procurement event and the qualification stage, it is necessary:
1. Get acquainted with the documents for qualification.
2. Provide the completed new Participant Questionnaire (all sheets) in PDF format (scanned with signature and seal) and WORD.
3. Provide an EXCEL template filled in in accordance with the attached reporting (+ provide the buh itself. reporting, see p. 1. Qualification requirements).
4. Provide completed and signed Qualification requirements in PDF format (scanned with signature and seal) and EXCEL. Qualification requirements must be filled in by specifying the answer opposite each criterion (YES/ NO), if there are comments on the criterion, reflect it in the "Comment" field. Please note that the "bLock factor" criterion is a mandatory compliance criterion, otherwise your company will not be able to qualify.
5. Provide all supporting documents in accordance with the points of the Qualification requirements (column – "D").

The completed and signed documents must be sent no later than 10/20/2021, attaching all the required documents in the ad on the B2B-Center site.

Based on the results of checking for the presence (absence) of interaction risks and reviewing the sent documents of the qualification stage, VimpelCom forms a list of Participants who meet the mandatory technical and commercial requirements. Such Participants will be able to continue participating in the Purchase, receive clarifying requests and/or additional requirements. Each Participant will be notified in writing about the result of the Qualification.

In case of successful qualification of the Participant for the category of lots, he will be able to submit at the commercial stage an offer for any of the lots separately (within this category).
