PJSC VimpelCom invites your company to participate in the Prequalification for the category "Provision of services for the production and placement of promotional materials in residential entrances houses" for the Central Region of PJSC VimpelCom, for a period of 2 years by Lot:
LOTS IN THE CATEGORY "NON-STACIANARIC PLACEMENT":
Lot #1 Non-permanent accommodation ROME in the entrances. Placing RIM on stands inside the entrances of residential buildings.

Lot No. 3 RIM non-stationary accommodation in the entrances. Positioning RIM on stands near residential entrances (driveboards/boards)
Lot No. 4 RIM non-stationary accommodation in the entrances. Mailbox direct-mail.
Lot No. 5 RIM non-stationary accommodation in the entrances. Placing dorhengers on the handles of apartments in residential buildings.

Lot No. 9 Production and placement of RIM on intercom stands under glass in the entrances of residential buildings. Construct format.

The first stage of Procurement will be the Qualification phase.
To apply for the Procurement Event and the Qualification phase, you must:
1. Read the qualification documents.
2. Provide the completed new Member Questionnaire (all sheets) in PDF (signed and printed scan) and WORD.
3. Provide a template completed according to the attached EXCEL reporting (+ provide the reporting bay itself, see 1. Qualification Requirements).
4. Provide completed and signed Qualification Requirements in PDF (Scan with Signature and Print) and EXCEL. Qualification requirements must be filled in with the answer to each criterion (YES/NO), and reflect it in the Comment field if you have any comments on the criterion. Please note that the Block Factor criterion is a mandatory eligibility criterion, otherwise your company will not qualify.
5. Provide all supporting documents in accordance with the Qualification Requirements (column "D").
Completed and signed documents must be sent no later than 20.10.2021, attaching all required documents to the announcement at the B2B-Center site.
Based on the results of the verification (no) risk of interaction and review of the submitted documents of the Qualification phase, VimpelCom generates a list of Participants who satisfy the technical and commercial requirements. Such Participants will be able to continue to participate in the Purchase, receive clarification requests and/or additional requirements. Each Participant will be notified in writing of the result of the Qualification
If the Participant successfully qualifies for a lot category, he will be able to submit an offer for any of the lots individually (within that category) at the commercial stage.
