The first stage of the Purchase will be the Qualification stage.
To apply for participation in the procurement event and the Qualification stage, you must:
1. Read the qualification documents.
2. Submit the completed Participant Form new (all sheets) in PDF format (scanned with signature and seal) and WORD.
3. Provide an EXCEL-template filled in in accordance with the attached reporting (+ provide the accounting statements themselves, see clause 1. Qualification requirements).
4. Submit completed and signed Qualification Requirements in PDF (signed and stamped scanned scan) and EXCEL format. Eligibility requirements must be completed by indicating the answer opposite each criterion (YES / NO). Please note that the "Block Factor" criterion is a mandatory eligibility criterion, otherwise your company will not be able to qualify.
5. Provide all supporting documents in accordance with the clauses of the Qualification Requirements.
Completed and signed documents must be sent no later than 21.01.2022, attaching all the required documents in the announcement on the B2B-Center site.
Based on the results of the check for the presence (absence) of interaction risks and consideration of the submitted documents of the Qualification stage, VimpelCom forms a list of Participants who meet the mandatory technical and commercial requirements. Such Participants will be able to continue participating in the Procurement, receive clarifying inquiries and / or additional requirements. Each Participant will be notified in writing of the result of the Qualification.
In case of successful qualification of the Participant, he will be able to submit an offer at the commercial stage for any of the lots separately.
