To participate, you must:
1. Fill out the qualification questionnaire in the form of documentation (EXCEL format)
2. Fill in the "Counterparty Card" (EXCEL format)
3. Fill in the "Business Model" (EXCEL format)
4. Fill out the "Schedule Application" - specify the personnel withdrawal plan (EXCEL format)
5. Attach documents in accordance with the list of "Required documents"
6. Visit the RC during the Qualification stage. At the meeting, you must take with you a completed "Business Model", a letter indicating the date of the visit to the RC, the full name and contacts of the participant's representative (it is necessary to assure him with a representative of the RC), a "Staff withdrawal schedule".
7. If there is a full-time coach, he must also be present when visiting the RC.
