PJSC VimpelCom invites your company to participate in the prequalification of candidates for the placement of regional print media and the organization of regional PR campaigns for the Central region of PJSC VimpelCom for a period of 3 years.
Upon successful completion of the FFP, your Company will be able to take part in events for the selection of a supplier for this category, held by VimpelCom PJSC. A quotation within the framework of qualification is not necessary
To participate in the prequalification, please submit the following documents by email no later than 18:00 (Moscow time) on October 24, 2019. mail: zakupki2019@kzn.beeline.ru (the size of the incoming letter is no more than 10MB, divide the letters into several parts):
1. Scanned copies of the following documents in PDF format with signature and stamp:
• Participant Application Form (fill out, sign, print). In case of a positive decision on participation in the FFP, I ask you to send the Questionnaire before October 16, 2019. All other documents by 10.24.2019
• The completed test task, see the file "Test task Creative Brief", is provided in the format specified in the task.
• Confidentiality statement (sign, seal)
• Letter of attestation of non-affiliation (fill out, sign, seal)
• Statement of compliance with Qualification requirements (fill out, sign, seal) and all required supporting documents from this statement.
• Statement of consent (fill out, sign, seal).
2. Completed files in XLS format:

• Fin.analysis (fill in)

Electronic copies of documents must satisfy the following conditions:
a) the participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
b) each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and applications should also be grouped into one file, for example: The charter must not be scanned in separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black and white);
c) each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
Please note that your consent to participate in the procurement event of VimpelCom PJSC also means acceptance of the terms of the "Privacy Statement", and you will be responsible for non-compliance with the terms of the "Privacy Statement" in accordance with applicable law.
This invitation is not a notice of an open tender or auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, does not entail obligations for PJSC VimpelCom provided for by these articles.
Venue of bidding:
