Stage 1. Collection of documents and verification of potential participants (qualification).
Stage 2. Commercial stage among qualified participants.
Stage 3. Selection of winners.
Stage 4. Conclusion of contracts.
To complete Stage 1, you must submit the following documents to the email address Tenders_USafarkulov@beeline.ru no later than 18:00 (Moscow time) on May 26, 2022 (in the subject of the letter, specify "The name of the organization. Delivery of metering devices"). The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of the same archive). The name of each file should indicate its contents.

*The package of accompanying documentation must be archived, the names of folders in the archive must correspond to the item numbers from the CT Compliance Statement. Please note that the "Block factor" criterion in the qualification requirements is a mandatory compliance criterion.
Based on the results of a full and comprehensive review of the documentation provided by the Participant, PJSC VimpelCom forms a list of Participants qualified by Category and meeting mandatory technical and commercial requirements. Such participants will receive invitations to participate in the procurement activities of PJSC VimpelCom by Category.

By submitting documents at any stage of the procurement process, you confirm that you are familiar with the information about the procurement process and comply with its provisions and requirements.
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
the participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
each scanned document should be saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and appendices should also be grouped into one file, for example: The Charter should not be scanned in separate pages, but in one file (PDF file in black and whitewhite format);
each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
