Comments: PJSC VimpelCom invites organizations to participate in the formation of a list of participants in a procurement event aimed at supplying ACCESSORIES to PJSC VimpelCom to the territory of the Russian Federation.

Planned stages of procurement:
Stage 1. Formation of a list of interested participants, collection of documents for Qualification.
Stage 2. Prequalification of participants.
Stage 3. Qualification of participants.
Stage 4. Conclusion of contracts.
To pass Stage 1, it is necessary to submit the requested documents to the e-mail address by 12.09.2022 until 18:00 (Moscow time) device_tender@beeline.ru , LEremenko@beeline.ru (the subject of the letter should include "Name of the organization/ACCESSORIES").
To participate in Stage 1, you must fill out and submit the following documents:
1. Participant's questionnaire (in Word+ format Signed scan in PDF);
2. BP Due Diligence Questionnaire (in Word+ format Signed scan in PDF);
3. The completed table for the declared brands of the Accessories category (in Excel format + Signed PDF scan);
4. NDA - Agreement on non-disclosure of confidential information (in Word format + Signed scan in PDF);
5. Certificate of the absence of arrears in taxes and fees, no later than 1 month from the date of the request (Signed PDF scan);
6. Authorization letters for each declared brand (Signed PDF scan).
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
• The participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
• Each scanned document must be saved to a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved to a separate file, and a document containing several pages and appendices must also be grouped into one file (PDF file in black and white format);
• Each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
• The name of the Authorization letter must contain the name of the organization and the name of the authorized brand. The authorization letter must be issued in accordance with the "Requirements for Authorization Letters". If the application for participation is submitted by the brand owner, then Confirmation of the trademark, service marks, commercial designation is provided;
• Table: "Brands Accessories" should be supplemented with the name of the organization and the corresponding brands in strict accordance with the Authorization Letters provided.
• The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of the same archive);
• The participant of the procurement event bears full responsibility within the framework of the current legislation for providing false information within the framework of this procurement event.
