Requirement for contractors:
1. Companies are allowed to work — ONLY owners of vehicles, admission to the transport of 3 persons is not allowed.
2. Companies working in the service market for at least 2 years are allowed to work.
3. Companies working only with VAT are allowed to work.
4. Preference for companies with carrier liability insurance policies.
5. The composition of the application for participation in the qualified selection:
a. Certificate of registration of a legal entity/individual.
b. Copies of the vehicle's PTS.
c. Accounting statements (with the mark of the tax authority) for the last reporting period.

Requirements for motor transport:
1. Awning cars with a load capacity of up to 20 tons, volume 82m2.
2. Loading by crane, top and side rastentovka, removable beam over the gate. The presence of fastening belts of at least 10 pieces.
3. It is necessary to transport disassembled (new) special equipment weighing up to 20 tons.
