Comments:
Contractor requirement:
1. Companies are allowed to work - ONLY vehicle owners, admission to transportation of 3 persons is not allowed.
2. Companies are allowed to work in the service market for at least 2 years.
3. Only companies working with VAT are allowed to work.
4. Preference for companies with carrier liability insurance policies.
5. The composition of the application for participation in the qualified selection:
a. Certificate of registration of a legal entity / individual.
b. Copies of PTS vehicles.
c. Financial statements (stamped by the tax authority) for the last reporting period.

Requirements for vehicles:
1. Tilt cars with a carrying capacity of up to 20 tons, volume 82m2.
2. Loading by crane, top and side curtains, removable beam above the gate. Availability of lashing straps at least 10 pieces.
3. It is necessary to transport dismantled (new) special equipment weighing up to 20 tons.
