Закуп осуществлять согласно выделенному бюджету площадки у основных поставщиков путем проведения закрытых торгов на площадке B2B. Заявку размещать поставщику, сделавшему более низкое предложение суммарно по заявке.
Поставщики будут приглашаться в закрытые торги посредством функционада площадки. Просьба в обязательном порядки принимать участие в закрытых торгах.
Цена, подаваемая в закрытые торги не может быть выше поданной в данной процедуре, при условии соблюдения срока фиксации цены, ниже - возможно.
