Payment terms:The Buyer makes payment under this Agreement on the basis of an invoice within 15 (Fifteen) workers from the date of transfer of the Goods, by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account specified in this Agreement.
Delivery terms:Delivery time of the Goods: within 130 (one hundred thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of this Agreement. Delivery of the Goods is carried out by delivery to the Buyer's warehouse at the address: 141400, Moscow region, Khimki, st. Burdenko, 1. Working hours of warehouses: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 9-00 to 16-00, Friday from 9-00 to 15-00, Tuesday - no goods are accepted.

This request for proposals is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate volume of civil obligations on the customer.
