Delivery terms:Delivery time is February 2021. Transportation costs for the delivery of the goods to the consignee's warehouse are borne by the Supplier.

Comments:
1) The Participant must be a user registered in the B2B-Cordiant Trade and Procurement System on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in the prescribed manner and having the rights of a System Participant.
2) All prices in an offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, and any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a competition or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse to carry out the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the end of the deadline for accepting applications without imposing responsibility.
4) If the supplier takes part in the auction, then he agrees, if declared the winner, to conclude a supply agreement according to the standard form of OJSC "Kordiant" without a protocol of disagreements and to carry out the supply on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
5) Be sure to attach a commercial offer indicating the delivery time and payment terms, and a Certificate (representative, partner ...)
6) In cases where the counterparty is not a manufacturer of goods and materials, while he is not able to provide documents (the status must be confirmed by an official letter (certificate) of the manufacturer of goods and materials or information on the status of the supplier must be present on the manufacturer's website), his proposal for the supply of goods and materials is considered in the event the agreement of the counterparty to include in the supply contract penalties in the amount of 100% of the amount of the delivered batch of goods and materials in case of delivery of goods and materials that do not meet the specifications (delivery of "non-original" goods and materials), and the provision of a 100% deferral of at least 60 days.
