Auto-extension

Payment terms:within 45 calendar days after the end of the reporting period (month) in which the delivery was made.
Delivery terms:Products are delivered to the buyer's warehouse (Base BPO LLC "LUKOIL-AIK" 174 km of the Surgut-Novy Urengoy highway, Tyumen region, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra) taking into account all the costs and risks of delivery and is accompanied by all necessary documents, according to the list specified in the supply agreement .
The supplied product must be accompanied by a technical passport of the product, mandatory certificates of quality, compliance.

- DELIVERY IS CARRIED OUT BY SEPARATE PARTIES DURING THE YEAR.

- Prices are excluding VAT.

- The winner of the competitive procedure is determined by the following criteria:
1. Minimum price;
2. Suggested prices must be fixed throughout the year;
3. Offers from manufacturers, authorized dealers, are priority;
4. The proposed product must be new;
5. The consent of the participant to sign the standard contract of LLC LUKOIL-AIK without a protocol of disagreement.
